ABOUT - FOCUSED : MOUNTAIN BIKING IN INHABELA BRAZIL

A team of five mountain bikers inhabit the island of Illhabela, Brazil for ten days to find an experience they had never encountered as professional mountain bikers. British Colombia’s Robbie Bourdon, Santa Barbra’s Carlin Dunne, North Vancouver’s Dave Watson, San Diego’s John Cowan and Nevada’s Paul Basagoitia (http://paulbas.com/) trek the unusual grounds of Illhabela while learning a bit about Brazilian culture and tradition.

When the team discovers that the lands of Illhabela are not necessarily built for their usual mountain biking experience, they must adapt quickly and make the necessary changes in order to capture the film they set out to make. With the right amount of focus, this team learns how to ride the terrain of Brazil, a place unlike any other they have ever been to before.
